14.31.04 – Rate Setting for Child Care Providers
SCOPE
These regulations have been revised to facilitate the establishment of classes of direct care and clinical care, the determination of rates for Residential Child Care (RCC) programs based on such classes, and an updated rate setting methodology. The revisions apply to residential services licensed by the Department of Human Services, Department of Juvenile Services, Maryland Department of Health, and any State Department.
