07.02.25 – LDSS Resource Home Program Standards

07.02.25, LDSS Resource Home Program Standards – COMAR 07.02.25 provides the requirements for licensing resource homes for children in need of out-of-home care. Chapter 25 is updated to align with SB708 (2024), Maryland’s kinship preference law.
