  • 10:30 – 10:40 Lt. Governor to provide brief welcome remarks
  • 10:40 – 10:50 Lt. Governor to answer Q&A and engage with the students
  • 10:50 – 11:00 Meet Gov. Moore
  • 11:00 – 11:05 Photo opportunity with the students (Governor Moore appearance/photo opp, schedule allowing)
11:05 AM – 11:15 AM Youth Leadership Opportunities (Gov. Reception Room)

  • MD Service Year Option (includes opportunities to do a year of service in the legislature) – Sec. Dorsey
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Navigate to House Office Building 180 – Break
12:00 AM – 1:00 PM Meet/Shadow Legislators

  • Members to pick up their shadow students at HOB Room 180 and travel back to the Legislator’s office
  • Navigate to Committee as a pair
1:00 AM – 1:30 PM Observe House Committee Meetings with Legislator (Assumes that Committee will begin at 1pm)

1:45 PM MD General Assembly Page Program – Tawanna Offer
2:00 PM MD General Assembly Legislative Internship Program –
2:15 PM – 3:00 PM Closing remarks

  • 2:15 – 2:20 State Youth Advisory Board Remarks
  • 2:20 – 2:25 Del. C.T. Wilson closing remarks
