07.05.01 – License for Private Child Placement Agencies – These regulations have been revised to incorporate legal changes and required practice adjustments. Additionally, they have been reworded to facilitate smoother license monitoring procedures. The revisions provide more clarity as to the monitoring expectations and make the standards more measurable.
