07.02.07 – Child Protective Services—Investigation of Child Abuse and Neglect

The proposed changes to 07.02.07 alter the definition of child abuse to include labor trafficking, in alignment with Senate Bill 550 and House Bill 508 from the 2024 Maryland Legislative Session.
