07.05.01 – License for Private Child Placement Agencies & 07.05.02 – Private Foster Care

These COMAR amendments are being proposed to bring Maryland into compliance with the Social Security Act’s Title IV-E requirement that convictions for crimes of violence disqualify prospective foster parents from being certified as foster parents by private child placement agencies.
