The Constituent Services Office manages the Department of Human Services’ Statewide Call Center. The Call Center provides a variety of information ranging from office locations and telephone numbers to explanations of program policies and procedures. Through dedicated hotlines and a sophisticated telephone system, CSO staff link people in need with the service(s) they seek.
