Statewide Nutrition Assistance Equipment Program (SNAEP)
The Statewide Nutrition Assistance Equipment Program provides annual grants to emergency food providers to enable them to purchase equipment such as freezers and other appliances that will increase their capacity to purchase, store and distribute food. Funds are available for all jurisdictions.

FY ’25 SNAEP Guidelines, Application, and Submission Form
The Maryland Department of Human Services Family Investment Administration is pleased to announce the posting of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Statewide Nutrition Assistance Equipment Program (SNAEP) Guidelines, Application, and Submission Form process.
Please carefully review the guidelines and submission process as it has changed from previous years.
FY ’25 SNAEP applications and required documentation must be submitted through the Submission Form link by Tuesday, April 30, 2024 by 5:00PM. Applications not submitted through this process and after the due date will not be accepted.
