We Are Here For You
For those Marylanders worried about paying their utility bills, the Department of Human Services wants you to know they’re here to help.
Program eligibility is income-based — Marylanders do not need a turn-off notice to qualify for assistance.
Residents should then contact their Local Home Energy Program Office, where dedicated specialists will guide them through the energy assistance application and answer questions.
