We had an unprecedented number of inspiring applicants this year, and while the following young women were not awardees, we were deeply impressed by their leadership, dedication to community service, and efforts to advance women’s rights.

In recognition of their outstanding contributions, we were pleased to honor them with a commendation certificate from the Maryland Commission for Women. Their work is making a meaningful impact, and we hope they continue to lead and inspire change in their communities.
