Christine Lee
Christine Lee PhD, PharmD, is an author, researcher, and advocate. She has authored the book: Lunch Notes for the Professional Woman (a survival guide for excelling in a challenging workplace), spoken at multiple multicultural women empowerment events/conferences/workshops, and advocated, as OCA-DC co-president, to elevate minority women to a seat at the table. As an expert in social and behavioral sciences, decision analysis, and human behavioral theories, she has utilized her training to help women decode office dynamics, address unspoken rules and increased transparency of hidden hierarchies, to effectively dispel confusion and fear and secure a rightful seat at the table.
Christine Lee received her PharmD from the University of Buffalo and her PHD in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy from the University of Florida. Dr. Lee is an expert in social and behavioral sciences, decision analysis, and human behavioral theories. She is also classically trained in measurement, psychometrics, focus group testing and outcome analysis.
