Kristi S. Halford
Kristi S. Halford is Founder and Chief Supporting Officer of C3 Visionary Strategies, a consulting firm based in Harford County, MD that works with mission-driven organizations and socially-responsible corporations to provide branding, messaging, content development, fundraising and philanthropic support through facilitation, strategy and fulfillment that generates revenue and demonstrates impact.
Kristi is a communications and philanthropic specialist, and organizational change agent with nearly 20 years’ experience creating and directing comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational communication and fundraising goals, and philanthropic initiatives that demonstrate positive impact on communities; and expertise leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to establish strategic policies and objectives, and develop short- and long-term goals, work plans, and timetables.
A proud alumna of Notre Dame of Maryland University, Kristi is passionate about supporting women through every stage and transition of life, and serves as a mentor, speaker and advocate. She is a member of the Harford County Commission for Women, Towson University’s Women’s Leadership Collective, the Advisory Board for the School of Arts and Sciences at Notre Dame of Maryland University, and the Urban Alliance Baltimore Advisory Board.
Kristi was recognized in 2010 as one of The Daily Record’s Leading Women and was part of the 2016 cohort for Towson University’s Leadership Program for Professional Women.
Kristi is a lifelong Marylander who now resides in Harford County with her husband and two sons.
