Stronger Together
During the past year, Dorchester FIA staff has continued to provide excellent customer service as we endeavor to resolve system and staffing challenges. We have worked to make our team stronger by hiring new FIA workers and clerical staff.
At Dorchester DSS, the idea of “Stronger Together” is exemplified through our partnership with other divisions and community groups. An example of this is our partnership with our agency’s Adult Services program. During the holiday season, we gifted members of our senior population with winter coats and many other useful items. We also partnered with a local homeless shelter to collect and distribute much-needed supplies to the shelter’s guests.
Our team may be small, but it is mighty! They go above and beyond every day, and for that, they are truly appreciated.
