The month of June is an opportunity to recognize, appreciate and celebrate our Family Investment Administration/ Office of Eligibility and Support Staff (OESS) for their great accomplishments. Throughout the year, you continuously determine eligibility for low-income families and individuals facing significant challenges in meeting basic needs including food, medical coverage, and childcare to help Montgomery County residents attain self-sufficiency. Executing this work requires resiliency, selfless act of kindness, professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence and that’s what you bring to the team and for that we are grateful.

Family Investment Administration/OESS staff are a source of stability and strength for individuals, families, and communities and it’s a reason to celebrate and appreciate your unwavering commitment.
