Nearly half of Queen Anne’s County’s FIA Unit has less than 5 years of DHS/FIA service. We have embraced that fresh, new enthusiasm with seasoned experience to become ONE collaborating, forward-thinking, customer-focused team sharing the same mission to serve.
So, whether our team members are attending Connecting the Dots as a group, huddled in a workstation looking at an E&E Screen, discussing the best resource for a customer, or lifting each other up – we are ONE team looking after each other.
