English Language Training
Program Description
Helping refugees develop English language proficiency is critical to MORA’s mission because refugees who speak English realize faster social integration and economic self-sufficiency. MORA makes free English Language Training (ELT) available to refugees in Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
Where can you enroll in ELT?
If you are a newly arrived refugee, please inquire about this service with your assigned caseworker. MORA-funded English classes are offered at the following locations:
