Transferring Way2Go Funds to A Cardholder’s Personal Bank Account
If you have a valid USERID and password, the easiest way to transfer funds is by calling Conduent’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) line at 1-844-768-0043. You may also visit GoProgram.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS TRANSFERRING FUNDS:
Different banks have different “drop-times.” This means banks update their records for the end of the business day at different times. When you transfer funds, your transfer may not appear right away. You should not attempt to transfer multiple times, but give the transfer time to process. If you attempt to transfer multiple times and exceed your balance, it will negate all prior transfer requests.
To transfer your child support funds by phone, please follow the prompts below:
- Call the IVR Number 1-844-768-0043
- Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish
- Enter the Card Number
- Enter the PIN
- The IVR Will Inform of Balance, Last Deposit Amount and Date
- Press * To Go To The Main Menu
- Press 5 To Set Up or Change Account Service
- Press 3 To Transfer Funds
- Press 2 if You are transferring funds to an American Bank Account, 1 if not
- Enter the transfer amount in dollars and cents using the star key as a decimal point followed the pound key
- If the amount is correct press 1 if not press 2
- If there is already a bank account on record the IVR will ask if it is the correct account if so press 1, if no account exist continue to the next step
- Enter the 9 Digit Routing Number
- Press 1 if Routing Number is Correct, 2 if not
- Enter the Account Number
- Press 1 if Account Number is Correct, 2 if not
