What Is Job Network?

The Baltimore County Office of Child Support refers work eligible Non-custodial parties (NCP) who owe child support to Job Network at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Job Network is an established Employment and Training provider for Baltimore County Department of Social Services Programs serving Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) recipients, Able Bodied Adults without Dependents (ABAWD) and Non-custodial parties (NCP) who owe child support.

Why Should I Enroll?

CCBC’s Job Network will provide career, employment support services and unsubsidized employment placement services for non-custodial parties statewide through the current program in Baltimore County.

Am I Eligible?

All noncustodial parties who have a Baltimore County child support case, are unemployed or underemployed, and can commit to working upon program completion are eligible to apply to participate.

What Help With Employment Can I Receive?

CCBC will hire and manage part-time NPEP Case Managers and Benefit Eligibility Specialists in metropolitan counties to begin building connections among the courts, DSS and AJCs.
